Our annual AGM will take place before our Awards Night & Christmas Party.  We would appreciate if all attendees of the Awards Night & Party could attend the AGM before hand, but we do realise that it is an early start and not everyone will be able to attend the AGM.

Here is the format for the evening

8:45    Annual 2025-2026 Awards presentation

9:15    Mingle and Music

10:30  Carriages

We are trying something new this year and supporting a local farm initiative https://www.smallholdingsecrets.co.uk/

They raise their own free-range, rare breed pigs and alpacas and run the cafe "Y Pantri " which has homemade cakes and pastries, soups etc and supports local producers. It is here that we will be holding our event.  Hayley is very supportive of the local horse-riding community, allowing parking (with a small purchase) to access the nearby bridleways.

The cost of the evening is £30 for a two course meal and £35 for a three course. Soft and hot drinks may be bought from the cafe, but alcoholic drinks may be brought to the venue.  There is no charge for attending the AGM.

We need to know the numbers, as soon as possible, as we are required to pay a deposit.  We need a minimum of 15 eating, in order to be able to run the evening.
