Our annual AGM meeting is to be held at Tafarn Y Railway, Nantgaredig, Carmarthen on 21st November 2025

We normally start at 18:45 ready to start our AGM at 19:00, times are tbc. We will then follow this short meeting with the awards and the meal. You are welcome to join for all or part of the evening and we will be delighted to welcome you.

The agenda will be sent out before the meeting, if you would like to add anything, please let us know.  We are also looking for new people to join our committee. If you would consider this, please let us know. Also, feel free to contact any of our current committee members to have a chat about what is involved.

We will be eating and a menu will be sent out before the night.
